Old Business: As the PUD
chapter now stands, it’s open to abuse. We need to eliminate it or rewrite it.
It was decided to rewrite it at the next meeting.
New Business: R. Zopf reported to the board that a new
owner near Grinnell Circle, wants to build a
storage building 50X56 ft. On the left is the former B&B. Asked if you can see the building? Answer,
no, unless trees are cut down. The Zoning Plan states in “18.455 Harmony With Locality: That the
variance requested shall not alter the essential character of the locality. In making this determination,
the Board of Appeals shall be advised by the recommendation of the Zoning Commission.” B. Cony

harmony with the neighborhood. L. Parsons seconded with all saying aye. The motion passed. There
will be a BZA meeting on December 13.
